Although everyone's needs are different, we recommend having homes cleaned two (maybe three) times. Once when is to get it ready for an open house and again before delivering it to the buyer. The third is if theres lots of time and traffic between when photos are taken and showings. This ensures the home looks stunning at all times that are most important.

We intentionally don't strive for excessively eco-friendly products—because they're usually ineffective. Instead, we use effective products that have been approved by the State of California for normal residential use, that are used by most families. This ensures a quicker service while also maintaining a very safe home for pets and children.

Typically, we can clean homes within 2 to 4 hours from when we start. In rare cases, we'll take more or less time—but we'll always let you know ahead of time.

Declutter, tidy, and organize! If our team has to spend time organizing and removing debris from the area, it takes more time for us to get in and truly clean the area. 15 minutes of washing dishes is 15 minutes less of scrubbing the sink, cleaning grout, or getting into the nooks and crannies.

While most other companies will tell you their life story about how cleaning has changed their life and they have an eye for detail like nobody else, we understand that cleaning is a commodity and shouldnt be that hard. We have all the checklists, processes, and tools to do a good job. Instead, we think that talking about things like reliability, predictability, and speed, are more important to our customers!
